Python issue: Permission denied when accessing the Config.Mis file

Access to the Config.Msi file is denied with a permission error. I tried locating the original 64‑bit Python installer, but the system reports the installer no longer exists. I also opened the terminal via Win+X and ran `takeown /F “D:\Config.Msi” /R /A`, only to get a message that the file could not be found. I have checked both drive C and drive D and cannot find it, which means I cannot locate Python at all.

I finally fixed the permissions using these commands:
`takeown /f “D:\Config.Msi” /r /d y`
`icacls “D:\Config.Msi” /grant administrators:F /t`
`icacls “D:\Config.Msi” /grant system:F /t`

After that, I pressed Win+R, entered `appwiz.cpl`, found Python 3.11.9 (64-bit) in the list and uninstalled it.
